Practice Description

Jeffrey B. Andrews is a Partner in the Houston office of Thompson & Knight. His transactional practice focuses on the highly-specialized fields of outsourcing, sourcing, and technology transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating domestic and international information technology and business process outsourcing transactions across a wide range of industries, including energy and energy services, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Mr. Andrews also has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating sourcing and technology transactions, having represented both buyers and providers of goods and services in hundreds of transactions. His experience includes complex procurement, licensing, maintenance and support, development, ERP implementation, systems integration, ASP, OEM, hosting, and other marketing, distribution, and strategic alliance transactions.

Mr. Andrews is consistently ranked by Chambers USA, published by Chambers & Partners, and The Legal 500 US, published by Legalease, as one of the leading outsourcing and technology lawyers, both in the United States and in the State of Texas.
